No puedo conectar a altavoces externos
Buenas. Estuve intentando, durante la semana de caza de bugs de sonido, ver si solucionaba este pequeño problema. Se trata de que en mi nuevo ordenador, un portátil de PCbox de marca skate? no puedo conectar el sonido a altavoces externos. Cuando lo hago sólo suena un pitido molesto. En teoría sí que puedo hablar por el micro, pero no estoy seguro.
Finalmente no envié la información sobre los bugs porqué no comprendí muy bien que era lo que me pedían y por tanto temí enredar más que ayudar. Pero, siguiendo las instrucciones que se daban en la semana de la caza de bugs, he puesto en la consola algunas órdenes que pueden dar una idea de qué me pasa y que puedo hacer para solucionarlo.
Lo curioso es que con la versión anterior del S.O. la 2009 preliminar, podía escuchar música sin problemas conectando a los jacs..Ahora tengo un pwp 2009

Te recomiendo que simultáneamente a esta consulta abras un bug en bugzilla.
pero enviando resultados como este que pusite en un archivo ejecutando por ejemplo:
pulseaudio -vvv > puseaudiovvvdonde pulseaudiovv sera el nombre de archivo (que puedes adecuar a tus gustos/necesidades) que tendras que subir en el reporte de bugzilla.

Te agradezco el esfuerzo. Cuando me pidió lenguaje, al instalar puse catalán pensando que sólo lo pondría en la parte "externa" del sistema y que en la interna respondería como antes en inglés. Yo puedo traducir las frases al español aunque no sé si el significado es el correcto. Si te facilita el trabajo puedo hacerlo en base a línea.... "frase"... Intentaré usar esta vía porqué si tu no lo entiendes me imagino un parlante de inglés lo que entenderá...

Después de resolver otro problema en mi pc fijo retomo el tema.
En referencia a los compañeros que no entendian las partes que estan en catalán adjunto el texto que me da la consola en el que he traducido al castellano las partes catalanas, de forma que ahora todo lo que me vomitaba la consola está o e inglés o en castellano.
Si alguien me puede ayudar le estaré, como siempre muy agradecido

Gracias primero que todo. Además de toda la parafernalia que se describe antes, y como cosa que percibo, suena de vez en cuando un pitt, pero flojito.
Por otra parte, he mirado en kmix y en el soporte de KDE4 y no hay ningún artilugio que diga.... desconectar micro, lo máximo que he encontrado ha sido en kmix que pone PCM, ¿es eso?

Más que yo, incluso. Aún así, lo haremos de fácil a difícil, para ir descartando tontunadas.
En kmix hay una opción de menú que se llama "configurar canales", o algo así. Vas y activas todo. Luego, todos los que te suenen a algo parecido a micro (los que tengan un micro dibujado, obviamente, cualquiera que te ponga "capture", etc) los vas bajando a ver si el pitido va desapareciendo.

Efectivamente soy más viejo y antiguo que tu, y también menos hábil. A ver, he hecho lo que me dijiste y sigue sin funcionar. Creo que el tema es de software porqué en la primera versión del 2009, antes del spring, no sólo funcionó sinó que pude conectarme con un compañero de Blogdrake de Jaén, yo estoy en Barcelona, a través de Ekiga...
Supongo que ahora vendrá una cosa más difícil...

Hola, despues de reinstalar el MDV 2010 intento solucionar el último problemilla que arrastraba: el problema de que no se oye el sonido por los cascos. Encontré casi por casualidad una errata que parce que lo solucionaria. Ahí está el tema: http://wiki.mandriva.com/es/2010_Errata#Sin_sonido_por_los_auriculares
el problema es que he creado el archivo y lo he intentado instalar donde me dice y primero el sistema no me deja y luego me cargué el .con con lo que tuve que reinstalar. Alguna idea para llegar a solucionar el tema: crear el documento e instalarlo en en el directorio que dicen..

Si li intenté como root, con el programa MC. El tema es que no sé como lo hice que me cargé la carpeta .conf con lo que no pude volver a arrancar el PC y tuve que reinstalar. Por lo tanto la preguna es como copiar un archivo, creo que se llama script en una carpeta como .conf que creo que está protegida, sin cargarse la carpeta citada y todo su contenido.

De todos modos, para convertirte en superusuario es su - (con guión). Esa pequeña diferencia, hace que no puedas ejecutar aplicaciones gráficas como root.
