It is built on top of the HDF5 library and the NumPy package (numarray and Numeric are also supported). PyTables features an object-oriented interface and performance-critical extensions coded in C (generated using Pyrex) that make it a fast yet extremely easy-to-use tool for interactively processing and searching through very large amounts of data. PyTables also optimizes memory and disk resources so that data occupies much less space than with other solutions such as relational or object-oriented databases (especially when compression is used).

This package contains the snmpd and snmptrapd daemons, documentation, etc. You will probably also want to install the net-snmp-utils package, which contains NET-SNMP utilities.

Python-Blosc2 is a Python package that wraps C-Blosc2, the newest version of the Blosc compressor. In addition, Python-Blosc2 aims to leverage the new C-Blosc2 API so as to support super-chunks, multi-dimensional arrays (NDArray), serialization and other bells and whistles introduced in C-Blosc2. Although this is always and endless process, it has already caught up with most of the C-Blosc2 API capabilities.
